Annual JROTC Fundraiser

Every year, the chapter holds it's annual JROTC Scholarship Dinner in Dover. Several graduating high school JROTC cadets from Kent County receive scholarships from the chapter.  During a special meeting each year, the receiving cadets are honored at a Dover MOAA Chapter Meeting.  

This year's fundraiser will be held February 19, 2026 at Franco's Restaurant.

1708 E. Lebanon Rd., Dover, DE.

The chapter awards several $1,500 college scholarships to outstanding JROTC graduates from Kent County. Awards are based on the student’s academic performance, community service involvement and JROTC accomplishments.

Please bring your family and friends for lunch or dinner. A portion of your meal will be donated to support the scholarship fund. YOU MUST PRESENT AN ATTACHED COUPON (see below)
